"We had a broken outlet to charge our phones. And the valet was not as helpful. They actually lost our vehicle but did eventually find it. The room was incredibly small and our window looked out to slum which was disappointing for paying what we did"

"Location suites us well, centrally located. We like the neighborhood, typically go around the corner to Nookies for breakfast. We prefer the neighborhood feel to the retail/office space feel of downtown."

"It was extremely dusty as if no one had been in there for months. Went to the front desk to ask for washcloths since there weren’t any in our room and I was told someone was gonna bring them up. NO ONE CAME! There’s also no water fountains or ice on the floors, you’ll have to pay $3 for bottles. They are not worth it and extremely unprofessional."
