"Really loved the location. The room and staff were lovely. I also appreciated that the front door was not left unlocked 24/7 and you had to buzz in after hours (which was always quick). The complimentary breakfast was lacking, but there are plenty of food places within walking distance. We walked over to Colectivo Coffee and it was delicious. Overall a great stay in a great location and we would definitely stay here again! "

"Favorite Chicago hotel for the past five years. Friendly and welcoming staff make all the difference in the world. Additionally, the location is a block from shopping but also embedded nicely in a high-end residential neighborhood."

"This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, it's right in the heart of the loop next to the river walk. This trip I reserved two junior suites the rooms were spacious my only complaint was the bathroom. Very small counter space and the water pressure in the shower was not the best. The staff both at the front desk and parking area are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean, updated and has bars and restaurants onsite I higly recommend this hotel."

"You can tell this property might be in need of a facelift here and there. But over all for the price point and the area it was a great stay and a good experience "
