Beautiful hotel, we parked and walked everywhere. The best part was the staff, very friendly switched from French to English right away. The night door man is amazing at his job.

Every detail thought out. Every need foreseen and attended to. The hotel is beautiful and clever. The lounge is set up with comfy seating interesting books, games, and puzzles, as well as espresso. Lights in the room are dimmable, there's a kettle and mugs to make tea, the bed has proper sheets and blankets, there's glass bottled water and real glasses. 100 percent better than big name hotel. Super clean and quiet hostel.
Very friendly staff (I mostly dealt with the owners).
It's not that well located, but they offer shuttles to and from Old Quebec.
I would stay there again and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat.
The only thing that wasn't clear was that the breakfast at the hotel is an extra charge (which in the end costs about the same as any breakfast nearby). Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would...

We had a lovely stay over the Remembrance Day long weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our suite was quite roomy with a soaker tub and shower upstairs. It was a wonderful retreat after a long day of shopping or exploring the old city. Highly recommend.
