« Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. « First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back. »

« The location and property did not meet my standards Once entering the so called Condo there was an old and musty odor to it. I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. »

« We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room. »

You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. VRBO confirmed, but then I get a text a day after I made VRBO reservations to send my drivers license front and back to another company other than VRBO. I have never had anyone ask that on VRBO,...

« Great location for Mardi Gras. Easy check in/out process. Beds comfortable and lots of space. Not well appointed with supplies but more like bare minimum. »

« I nice 2 bedroom condo close to World War 2 Museum and public transportation. A grocery store 2 blocks away and an easy walk to the French Quarter! »
