Pretty good location, overall. But the check in experience was pretty bad.
The owner sent out a follow up after confirming the reservation, among other things wanted a selfie of me next to my ID. Due to where I was, I didn’t see it for a few days. No one has ever demanded this of me before. What’s more, the link they provided to upload my photo didn’t work. I was in areas with limited cell service so I couldn’t keep trying.
There was something weird in the address link they gave for the property. Maps on my iPhone wouldn’t find it and my cab couldn’t find it either.
Eventually I got there, but didn’t have a link to the owner. Fortunately another guest came along and provided the phone number to call in and get this resolved.
Like I said, a pretty good price on a pretty good property in a good location. But the checking process needs work.
