This house will also accommodate most of your daily necessities (utensils, TP, paper towels, towels, soap, etc etc) for a fun, streamlined stay!

Guest access & Parking
Street parking freely available around the property. A private garage is available for up to 2 cars. Max of 2 cars on driveway at any time.

Our home is also automated for easy check-in and access once booked

Other things to note
- This reservation is for up to 8 guests. Extra guest fees of $75/person per night if over 8 guests (max. 10 guests)
- $350 damage security deposit- due before check in. Can be waived at owners discretion
- Rates are subject to change until we confirm your booking
- Pool heating fee is $100/night. Spa heating is complementary with your stay. Heating up pool is not included w/ your baseline nightly rate
- We love our furry friends but pets are not allowed in this house
- Pool cleaning schedule: twice per week
- Landscaper schedule: Wednesdays
- Nest Doorbell Camera facing the front of the house. Camera on garage opener facing garage door. No other cameras on premises.

Worth Every Penny!!

Ophir was an amazing host. Quick to respond and solve any problem.. The property was as advertised. Comfortable beds. Outdoor patio and pool/hot tub was remarkable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool table and ping pong table are a great addition and both got plenty of use. Best VRBO that we have stayed at so far.

This place was great! The house is very clean and very well stocked . There is a bit of work needed to finish the back yard and then it will be an ultimate vacation stay.
