Excellent stay

I needed somewhere to stay overnight because I missed a connecting flight. This hotel had shuttle service, was far enough from the airport that I did not hear planes all noght and had an attached restaurant. The service was excellent from check in to shuttle and the bonus was the quality of food at the adjoining restaurant.

We only stayed for two nights and are already looking forward to our next day here. The hotel has an upscale, but laid-back vibe. There are so many great dining options that are easily walkable and we loved how accessible the hotel was to public transit from the airport.

We booked this trip last minute and we were absolutely thrilled with our choice! The Sylvia Hotel is full of old time charm and sophistication. From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt as if we had stepped into a by-gone era. When coming from the airport it’s an easy trip via skytrain to Burrard station and then a short walk to the property.

Great hotel

It was a perfect location for our purposes, staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and it is pet friendly. The car is parked right in front of the door to pick up luggage and the dog is very convenient to relieve himself.

Excellent place to stay. Better than many 5 star hotels when it comes to cleanliness and service. Quick walk to train station. Lovely rooftop lounge area. Great Value for money. Now that I know how fabulous the place is, I will book here every time I'm in Vancouver!

This is a amazing hotel near the english bay. The amenities was excellent. Quite place, easy access to bus stop and lots of restaurant within the area. Will comeback ❤️👍

We had such great customer service from Hameed! So friendly and very accommodating. All the staff at this hotel has gone above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed in on this trip. Wonderfully clean updated rooms. The street can be noisy at times but the staff and cleanliness of hotel make a up for it.
