Excellent place to stay. Better than many 5 star hotels when it comes to cleanliness and service. Quick walk to train station. Lovely rooftop lounge area. Great Value for money. Now that I know how fabulous the place is, I will book here every time I'm in Vancouver!

I needed somewhere to stay overnight because I missed a connecting flight. This hotel had shuttle service, was far enough from the airport that I did not hear planes all noght and had an attached restaurant. The service was excellent from check in to shuttle and the bonus was the quality of food at the adjoining restaurant.

Glad they had free parking. Entrance is around the back, not the address as sated. Breakfast your normal fare. Waffle machine, cereal, etc. They had and boiled eggs and turkey sausage on a steam table. We found the room quiet during our stay. (3rd floor)

This is a amazing hotel near the english bay. The amenities was excellent. Quite place, easy access to bus stop and lots of restaurant within the area. Will comeback ❤️👍

Excellent stay

We had such great customer service from Hameed! So friendly and very accommodating. All the staff at this hotel has gone above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed in on this trip. Wonderfully clean updated rooms. The street can be noisy at times but the staff and cleanliness of hotel make a up for it.

We only stayed for two nights and are already looking forward to our next day here. The hotel has an upscale, but laid-back vibe. There are so many great dining options that are easily walkable and we loved how accessible the hotel was to public transit from the airport.

Pleasant stay, staff very personable, attentive to any concerns, clean, comfortable beds...5 minute walk to sky train which takes you to Vancouver, Surrey, and Coquitlam. Convenient walk to Brentwood Shopping Centre…dining options close to hotel and restaurant at the hotel for breakfast…we would recommend and have stayed here several times.
