Lake view was beautiful and stunning. Food was also good.
Kickback was nice perk and well done. Room was beautiful.
only spent a night so hard to say - would have liked a coffee bar in the lobby so you could just grab a cup in the morning - restaurant did not open until 7
The property is beautiful and very unique with shoes in restaurant in the bottom floor
I didnt like that there was no option of parking besides paying for valet which is $35ish overnight.it was very clean.
Checking in was fast. Autumn at front desk was very friendly and efficient. We were allowed to check in early which was a great. Overall a great stay.
Perfect location. Right beside the casino and walking distance from progressive field and lots of bars and restaurants. Will stay again.
The property is nice but you can tell it is in the district that has a high turn over and maybe some late night concert goers. I will stay there again if I got to a concert at the Jacobs Pavilion.
The Staff are excellent! Upon check in, Anna, made our stay memorable. Great price and nice facility. The valet parking was a blessing also. Will definitely be staying here next trip to Cleveland! So close to Indians and Cav’s
