"Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff!"
We stayed two nights at Red Roof Inn Plus in Columbus for an Ohio State game. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet! Even with the rooms on both sides of us occupied, we were never disturbed by any noise or slamming doors, a common annoyance I find in even highscale hotels. Exceeded my expectations. We were very satisfied by our stay and even booked rooms for an upcoming game.

We arrived about 345. Our room was not ready. The lady at front desk said that she would call use when room was ready and she said that they would put a rush on it. We went to the cincinnati reds game the game was over and still no call. So we went to dinner. During dinner still no call. Well were think oh no we don't have a room. We went back to hotel, went to front desk and they said our room was ready. I said well no one called. The lady at counter just said sorry about that. We did get our room. But it was frustrating that it wasn't ready when we had arrived.

    "Great location + staff"
For the tourist in Cleveland that wants to check out the iconic Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (awesome place!), THIS is the place to stay. The hotel offers free shuttles within a 1mile radius of downtown, which includes the Rock Hall. But as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is so close, it's a < 10minute walk. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Although I couldn't check in early (my room wasn't ready) they still gave me the wifi password, stored my luggage and were apologetic - they didn't need to be as I was super early! The room I had (King bed) was comfortable and clean. Note: When you stay here, you are next to the Lake which can mean A LOT of wind - bring your hairspray!
