Very friendly staff and clean facility. At times, not all of the attractions were open due to staffing, but they were willing to give vouchers for other activities in the hotel. I wish there was a coffee maker in the rooms, but they did have Starbucks coffee in the lobby which was very good! I loved that it did not seem overly crowded and they had so much to do there! So convenient being close to Cedar Point and able to get in an hour early and ride roller coasters before the lines got long! Would highly recommend a Bay view window it was so nice!

The staff were great, especially the staff that did the activities for the children. This hotel is very expensive, so we expected all the waterslides to be open. However, we found out upon check in that they were short staffed and rotated which slides would be open, which was only 2-3 at a time. This was very disappointing as we drove a long way to this hotel. Do not book this hotel until you call and ask about the staffing.

We choose to stay here for the "big kid" waterpark activities, slides, wave pool etc. Unfortunately they were closed besides 1 activity at a time that they rotated the whole weekend we stayed. They said they didn't have staffing to open it was unfortunate. just the kid play area was open the entire time, not even the little slides were accessible and we paid a lot of money to stay here. We were disappointed.

The staff really do try their best to best accommodate you. Rooms were smaller than we thought. Not all the attractions at the waterpark were open which made us feel like we wasted our money there. If you have tiny kids it's okay because the attractions will be open for them, but not for all bigger kids or adults. The main attraction we were there for was the wave pool, and because of staffing issues it was closed both days we were there. Big bummer!

The staff was all very kind and accommodating but the one issue that I had is that for the price that we paid for the room, you would have expected it to have at least been swept. It was obvious that it wasn't swept for at least a couple guests. And while there were no bugs or anything like that, to peel back the sheets, revealed a dirty barefoot print on the white sheets. There is no mistaking exactly what it was and what it was from so I wouldn't tell anyone not to go. It's a wonderful experience and everything is cool but everything is extremely expensive and be sure to check your sheets

The stay was good. TV has very few options, no coffee maker in room. Half of waterpark was closed. More expensive on holiday yet hotel closes at 2 pm. Overall the kids had alot of fun but there were factors that didn’t make for an unforgettable experience
