Nothing? & why couldn’t the front desk just say that? Very rude. We went to this water park In hopes to have a very fun new years and was very disappointed when they did nothing. There were spots of some type of food on the wall and window sill. Our room was tiny for a family of 6 and our heat didn’t work but they did fix it. It also took 5 mins for the water in the shower and sinks to finally heat up. Kids were running around screaming at all hours of the night. All the actives were overpriced and it cost me $40 for 6 powerades. The waterpark was fun but half the slides and pools were closed due to lack of staff. It did seem pretty clean at first but after 3 days it did not look very clean anymore. The cafe in the waterpark was extremely slow taking an hour plus to prepare food. Granted I understand holidays and being staff challenged which they were so a lot of the water park attractions were closed due to not enough staff, which was unfortunate considering the waterpark had shortened holiday hours from 10 AM to 8 PM and my family like many others drove hours away to spend a holiday there. Now we did go to the arcade, we did have some issues with arcade cards not being issued however payment was received, to the rooms, the loudness of other guest, and lack of waterpark attractions it was a 2/10 and I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend them to someone I know.
