They were able to check us in early and were very helpful. The parking valet weren't impressive at all. They didn't hold doors for us (hands were full) and upon bringing car to us at departure didn't even help to load, etc. Nobody outside hotel helped. Other than that, our stay was pretty good.

The hotel is a perfect location to venture around downtown Cleveland and not have to worry about transportation because everything is walking distance. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk attendant was very nice. The rooms are nice a bit smaller than I expected due to the price but it was still nice and clean. I wish there was a microwave in the room as opposed to a shared one in the lobby. The hotel restaurant was nice, it was a bit shocking that there was no complimentary breakfast especially due to the cost but the continental breakfast available was not an unreasonable price. I would stay here again.

Hotel is very nice and in a great location. The hotel staff were very kind, however, some of the Valet staff were extremely disrespectful, offensive, and rude. Swearing and name-calling in front of my family.

It was a little less expensive than the Hotels closer to the city center . The room was fine. The restaurant/ bar wasn't very impressive. Great place next door for breakfast, though. The Valet parking was chaotic, they were understaffed and the car frequently had to be brought from an over flow lot blocks away so there were long waits to get parked and pick up.
