overall the stay was pleasant, the only thing was the bathroom toilet overflowed in the middle of the night. they had to turn the toilet off not able to flush it. The door had opening in it at the bottom, so you could see people walking by. the room was nice and clean.
Shower was dirty and the woman who checked us in was defintely pre-judging and i did not like her service.

Near the airport but the room was dirty the shower nob was broken there was a large amount of black mold in the shower and when I brought it up to the staff at the front desk they didn't care one bit

We had a king suite and it was comfortable, but we had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, and there were no pillows for sofa bed. Elevator was dirty. Breakfast was good. Didn't like that our teens were playing cards in the lobby (we had 3 families in 3 rooms- no room to play in rooms) and they were kicked out at 9:00 being told the lobby "closed at 9". They were not being disruptive, just playing cards.

For the area it was one of the nicer hotels. The front door, automatic kept getting stuck and not opening which was kinda crappy carrying a infant in and out of the cold, but besides that everything was decent. We had superb staff leave a crib in our room which was mostly clean just a few places you wouldn't look unless you had kids. The staff downstairs was also super helpful in getting my one year old milk for her nap. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely stay there again.
