First i have to say how wonderful the staff is at the hotel. Grace and Alice in the club lounge couldn't have been more helpful. And while there i met Darryl McGarity who is the director of sales and marketing. Although my wife and i were only there for a long weekend he was so kind to spend time with us and discuss area attractions. When I expressed my disappointment at not being able to make it to the local art museum he sent over a book to our room on the treasures of that museum. Truly unexpected and really above and beyond. The hotel restaurant, Turn was also a gem with an interesting menu and delicious food. Location is also excellent and the hotel is really an easy walk to just about anywhere downtown. And of course being a Ritz Carlton it goes without saying that the rooms and other facilities are first class.
