Staff was nice, hotel was actually nice for it to be an Extended Stay. The shower needs a little updating. Our sink was a little backed up. The room was clean on arrival, a lot of parking access rather in the front or back. I would book here again.

My biggest issue was with the non stop barking in the room next door. Staff attempted to contact room at 8pm, 3am and again early in the morning to no avail. Also breakfast area had not one item of food after 8am. Coffee, tea and hard boiled eggs were only thing there. #nosleepforme

There was supposed to be breakfast. When we got down at 8:45 there was no food left 45 minutes before the end of breakfast. We had no power at home and it was listed what items that would be there and that was on of the reasons we booked there. The girl at the desk was no help and snarky about it. If it says 9:30 then food should have been stocked until then. Also the cleaning service tried opening the door at 8:30 in the morn and check out isn't until 11. They got the door opened luckily security device was on and we were dressed. All of this was very disappointing.

The overall condition of the room was good, but could use extra attention. The cord to the alarm/charger was torn in half, the television signal was touchy, and the sink was clogged.

We stayed 3 nights, the room was big and cleaned pretty well. Every time we left our room all we could smell was marijuana. The free breakfast was a joke, they had a bowl of granola bars two of the mornings and pop tarts the others but the coffee was good. Every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was directly across from the elevator and other guests seemed to lack consideration for others. It was very loud all night long. It was cheaper than staying in Cleveland , it was a short easy drive there. Many restaurants, stores and other businesses around.

The comforters on the beds in both rooms were full of black mold, there was blood splattered on the walls outside my door, there was a huge fight with people threatening to shoot each other, police of course came. The light above the vanity was burnt out, and the phone in the other room did not work. Super disappointing stay and a refund was refused.
