I’ve stayed at Westin hotels many times over the years with great experiences. This however was not one of them. Arriving at the hotel there were no glasses in the room. We called front desk to request some and were told we needed to come get them ourselves. Wildly poor customer service. The shower had absolutely zero water pressure, the mounted conditioner literally just fell off of the wall broken, there were stains all over the couch and the room was sauna hot even with the AC on max. Additionally, the TV’s have almost zero functioning channels, no app options or internet connection to hook anything up to. I don’t know if this was just a random bad experience or Westin has severely gone downhill, but this was on par for more of a $75 a night motel, not a $200 a night downtown hotel.
