Stayed at the hotel for the Make A Wish gala and was an enjoyable stay. Room was comfortable, had everything we needed and liked the little grab-n-go store by the front desk. However above all else, staff were wonderful.

Beautiful hotel but service is very bad….also it’s clear staff is not trained for emergency situations, evacuations etc. while we were there there was an emergency (a fire) which required immediate evacuation (later we were told it was a false alarm) and staff failed miserably

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Cleveland. Hotel was clean, check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Highly recommend if you are staying in the downtown area.
