The staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and they provided a bountiful selection of food. The shuttle drivers to the Cleveland Clinic were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The room was very clean and quiet. If you’re looking for a great hotel to stay at when you have loved ones at the Cleveland Clinic, I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was great to have a suite with a full kitchen, dining table, desk and couch/TV area. Continental breakfast was comprehensive and my daughter loved making her own waffles. However, I'm not sure we would stay again as the HVAC situation was not great as it made the room too dry - my daughter couldn't stop coughing until I turned it off and then it was uncomfortably warm. We used the hotel parking deck but were not told there was a daily fee, so that was an unwelcome surprise when I got the receipt.
