Affordable price. Conveniently located to University Circle destinations. Well stocked and good-sized bathroom. Lackadaisical, at times, off-putting staff, providing very little interaction or guidance. Hard to get anything done, as in checking out. I like the Marriott brand very much. But the firm contracted to run this hotel does a sloppy job.

This hotel is one of the better that we have stayed in near Cleveland Clinic. It needs a few upgrades, but that being said, it is clean enough and near the clinic. There are places to eat nearby and it isn't too outrageously expensive. The extra parking fee annoys my boyfriend, but that's city living! The front desk people are nice and helpful and the cleaning staff is super nice. We will be staying here again in March.

Lovely staff who were kind. Had to leave home due to power outage. Worked together to feed us on XMASS. Room was a good size. The kitchens were well stocked. Thank you.
