The parking in the hotel lot was really tight. The staff was nice but they seemed to have a lot going on. It also was not quiet because of commotion from outside. It was a great location !

Our waitress and checkin was great but we got in late with two children and they were exhausted. We couldn’t sleep under the blankets because there was hair all over the bed. I had to go get blankets and pillows from my car for us to use. We couldn’t use the shower either because of hair left in it. The next morning at heck out I told them about it and all he said was “so you slept in the hair? Why didn’t you call we would have cleaned it or moved you” WHY DO I WANT TO SHUFFLE MY 8&4 year old daughters around when they are cranky and tired!? BUT they took my parking fee off………

What was promised on site were lies… no shuttle as promised.no adjoining rooms even though I requested and called 3 times. garbage around hotel, no pet area to allow dog to relieve itself. Only one staff member helpful. Others were not interested in providing any customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed with this Hilton provider.
