Newly renovated house 3 bedrooms, 2 baths located at the beautiful Riverland/Sunset neighborhood in the center of Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy to lounge in the private heated pool, lit at night. Propane fireplace. Nice backyard with Tiki Tent with color-changing light at night providing not only relaxation but intimacy.

Close downtown, the Guitar Hotel Casino (Hard Rock), the Sawgrass Express Mall, and the famous Las Olas. This property is perfect for business or pleasure with easy access to the best dining and shopping in South Florida. The property has been set up with love with the desire in mind to make sure guests are comfortable. There is a camera in the backyard for accidental purposes.

Great Place to Stay
This was a beautiful home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the pool was a big hit with my kids. The check-out at 11 am was a big help, especially with the little ones. The instructions were very helpful. Nothing but good things to say about the home. We would definitely stay again if we vacation in the area. Thank you!
