Staff made numerous mistakes when it came to check in and room assignment. Not apologetic about inconvenience nor took responsibility for their level of disorganization. Initially, upon arrival no acknowledgement of guests waiting in line and attend to other guests who approached the desk without waiting like others. I was checked into the wrong room and had to ask to have room changed to match reservation. Other guests were assigned room we were checked into and provided keys which allowed them to enter our room not knowing that it was already occupied. My room key stopped working and I was locked out of my room. Had to mention this to staff at front desk and they stated that they needed all my information again in order to provide me a new key. Well since all my things were in the room I was locked out of they sent a gentleman from security up with me otherwise I couldn’t access room I had been staying in all day. Very troubling situation that would make any guest feel uneasy. With a sick baby in hand the staff working the front desk were not empathetic and were not genuinely apologetic. The least they could have done was take responsibility for all this which was a problem clearly poorly resolved on their end. Customer service is lacking quality. I have never had a situation of this sort at any hotel I have stayed. Not staff is not hospitable.
