Everything was good except one thing, i had a room on 23rd floor and there was constant noise from the elevator, it was hard for me to sleep, other than that it's a wonderful hotel

No towels most of the stay. Someone took our rental car to pick up Italian food and left the food on the passenger seat. The hotel never followed up or addressed it. It was Happy Hour at El Vez, bartenders seem lackluster and unhappy, not telling us it was happy hour, not serving chips and salsa. I promised my boyfriend that he would enjoy, we did not.
