My room had to be changed due to no hot water. I was promised a $50 credit on my bill that I have yet to receive. The pool and boathouse were closed which was kind of disappointing because I received notice 1 to 2 days before check in. The staff was outstanding. Nice and convenient location.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was old, and smelled must, not to mention how the pillows and the mattress smelled musty and was super gross to sleep on. The resort is old fashioned and not worth your money.

The staff is courteous & polite. The rooms are nice & clean but rather old-ish. In certain areas Id like some updates, for example, an outlet next to the bed to plug in my phone to use as an alarm clock. The tub fixtures aren't great but the water, if it's your thing, gets hot. The view from our room was nice - we were able to watch the river boats go by. The food at the Lyon was very good & reasonable. All in all, it was a pleasant night stay & we appreciate the Riverside. Thank you!

The hotel was in need of a minor face lift especially new carpeting. Room size and furnishing were excellent. Staff we wonderful! Hotel setting beautiful. Already recommend to a friend.
