For starters I never leave reviews and this is a first. Iā€™d first like to compliment how friendly the staff was. Each time we entered or exited the hotel building they were very friendly and welcomed us or told us to have a great time each time out. One night it was pouring the the staff member even offered us bags while we exited to enter our Uber. Breakfast was good and pool was nice. I do recommend the Home to suites over the Tru suites which are also located at the hotel since from what I seen they are nicer from what I seen. We had an issue with potentially being trapped during the floods and the hotel was accommodating with all our needs. Overall I am very pleased with the staff and the hotel. I have stayed at hotels in many different cities but this hotel staff service has all of them beat easily
