Property is clean. Room is big and has all good kitchen utensils. Staff is friendly. It is 2 minutes walk to beach. Will use it again if coming to Fort Lauderdale.

the staff was not friendly and did not accommodate us as partrons. We asked at the front desk if a cab could be called and the woman gave us a pone # and said ' call yourself'.
