Staff was nice. The bathrooms was clean but the shower leaked water all over the bathroom. The fridge in the room didn’t work. The balcony looked like it hasn’t been clean for months.

First of all we spent thousands of dollars to stay there and there was not even a water bottle in the room. The room was not clean, the people next door, under us, and above us were very loud all night. You can hear them like if they were literally sitting with you all night long. The reception seemed bothered when we called to ask about something and they never do it anyways. When we checked out, the lady was very rude to us and didn’t even say thank you or even talked. She sounded bothered and didn’t say a word. Just handled us the paper and stayed silent. And was very rude. It’s very unorganized and no guidance in anyway. Save your money and time and vacation and don’t go there.

Even though everything was great with the property itself. We had the worst night ever when sone guest in the room across the hall we’re fighting and arguing all night. I can’t believe security or something was not there right away. So this made our stay less desirable.
