They do not clean your room. We asked about getting it cleaned, they told us to contact expedia. We did and then Expedia told us to contact them. They agreed to clean our room for an additional $70. While cleaning they removed the almost empty toilet paper roll. They told us this is not included and we would need to buy our own.They also told us soap was not included and we need to buy our own. This was the biggest joke that i have ever experienced.

This property is fantastic and I would go back again and recommend others to go as well. The rooftop is amazing with a big pool area and great restaurant/bar with nice lounge areas. One view is the ocean the other the intercoastal waterway! The property is steps from the beach and boardwalk where there are tons of dining and drinking options. 1 hr free bike rental is included. We also enjoyed the walk across the highway to Le Tub Saloon for a perfect view of the sunset and terrific hamburger. Our room was a studio and it was clean and modern and the bed was very comfy. One night our neighbor was being very loud at 3am and we called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. We went out to experience the water taxi which was a lot of fun and cool to see huge yachts and mansions. This area and this property is excellent - no complaints!

I really enjoyed my stay there. I booked my stay through Expedia but the unit was owned independently and it did not offer the full amenities of a regular booking directly through the hotel, no matter - I didn't need daily housekeeping service and refills for the coffee maker - that was about all that wasn't included. Cielo, the property managers for the unit here helpful and responsive, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property is modern, clean and steps to the beach. The resort fee includes a daily lounge chair beachside but I also opted for an umbrella each day for an additional $20. The rooftop pool area was lovely - and busy. Angling for a beach towel seemed to vex every guest I talked to, they didn't make it easy to snag one. I hope to return to the CH next season, perhaps booking directly through their reservations desk next time.
