Although the Hotel was understaffed everybody was very pleasing and friendly. Anything that you decide they would go out of their way to help out. The The hotel has a real problem with amenities, there is a shortage of towels for the pool and beach but the friendliness of the staff made up for it overall great experience.

When you pay this much for a hotel and cannot sit where you would like because its the bar area or you can't bring pizza in to the pool area makes it difficult for us as a party of 5 to enjoy a good vacation but feel owned by the hotel. Too many "YOU CAN'T". There is no shuttle service and you get charged to store your car over night. Also there is extra charges for using the towels down at the beach and their chairs/umbrellas etc. At 3k for one week i was dissatisfied with my stay.

Love this hotel. Great location in fll, Excellent location on beach, helpful friendly staff, great food, nice pool and lazy river. The new decor was a little bit off our taste - Not a fan of the barn door bathroom door, or of the No door shower. Overall though, we give it 5 stars. We will stay there again when visiting Ft Lauderdale.
