Staff was so unprofessional. I had to ask the lady to do her job at the front desk. When asked about the airport shuttle if they would arrive she gave attitude. I asked if they’re on their way and she rolled her eyes and said I’ll call them right now very snappy. Don’t need you to bow down to me but it would be nice to actually do your job. Front lobby reeked of weed as well. Don’t recommend if your traveling with kids

Room is nice. Kiki's restaurant very high prices with lousy food. Poor service. Pool is listed as an amenity, don't know until you arrive that it's being renovated yet never see anyone working on it. Breakfast is cold with poor service. Staff isn't interested in serving juice or coffee. Poor experience

Not intended to spitefully tank the reviews-- Just trying to reach the Management -- I'm sure this is a great place to stay, but I was never actually there... There was a mix-up with the booking and even with purchase protection, still have not been able to receive a refund or any communication from the hotel. I do international humanitarian work so if possible, that would be such a blessing! Would love to chat if anyone from the company sees this! Thanks.

**Review: Disappointed by Pool Closure Despite Good Stay** I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Hotel and, overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. My room was comfortable, and the amenities provided were up to standard. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for renovations during my stay. I was not informed of this ahead of time, which was a major letdown. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool, and as a visitor to Florida, access to a pool is almost essential. Additionally, the hotel did not offer any upgrades or compensations to make up for this inconvenience. It felt like a significant oversight, especially since guests come to Florida expecting to enjoy outdoor activities like swimming. While the hotel itself was great, this lack of communication and consideration really impacted my overall experience. I hope the management will take steps to ensure future guests are notified of such closures in advance and consider offering alternatives or compensations when key amenities are unavailable.

Katerina, the airport shuttle driver, was lovely. The room was nice. The morning staff at the front desk not so much. Plus, their pool was closed and this was not indicated during booking.

Arrived and told there was no room available, they were unable to run my card and didn’t have the decency to contact me…their excuse was that they let Expedia do this?? Poor on their part and really poor customer service from the “manager” time to leave IHG….i had a much better stay and experience at the four points down the road. Felt like a family…don’t waste your time with IHG, yes Expedia dropped the ball on contacting me but the cherry on top was the absolutely dismal customer service from the “manager”. I no longer choose to use IHG and look forward to Marriot!!
