The arrival was easy check in although the receptionist was nice but didn’t seem too helpful. The gentleman receptionist was very helpful and friendly the following day. The first room we checked into was old and needs upgrade. The room we upgraded too was nice and more modern but did notice some mold in a section on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly, hotel is also family friendly.

We were not warned about the construction going on next door AND inside the hotel, which started at 8 am on a Thursday. Room was not cleaned well. Floors were dirty. One day towels were removed and not replaced. When I asked staff in the hallway for a bath mat to step on, I was handed a folded towel. They said “it’s ok, you can use it” mind you it was pulled from a black trash bag. When I unfolded it to put on floor, it was a dirty towel. I didn’t dare go ask for hand towels or wash cloths, I may have gotten dirty ones! The trash was not taken out in the restroom, only the room. The restaurant staff out by the pool were not very kind or understanding of guests with children. They told us we could not sit at their tables while my son had “McDonald’s” which I explained was just a rinsed out cup with apple pieces. Cabanas and mini golf are NOT included in you fee to stay. Must pay extra be prepared.

Property was great, staff was great. Mike the bartender/cook took our food order 15 minutes before closing, very attentive. Restaurant day staff lady was great and helpful. Only issues was the loud music and illegal smoke smell from a unit across and beside our room's. think a bridal party group was there. Staff, was attentive and moved my sister and kids to another floor/room.

Our room was very spacious, but outdated. My family and I stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend. A few family members had updated rooms. We did have a great view overlooking the ocean. Some of housekeepers were very rude.
