Terrible valet experience, enough to where I didn’t stay at the hotel I checked out after checking in. This matter has been escalated to Expedia to the hotel, in regards to a refund. This was not my first stay at this property, but the worst experience I have had at this property.

The property was nice however you couldn’t have drinks while you were in the pool. You had to be out of the pool in order to have anything to drink so needless to say, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the pool. Had I known that before I booked, we would’ve stayed somewhere else. Also they charged $100/ night security deposit which wasn’t disclosed until we got down there and checked in. I’ve stayed at many places in Florida and this was the first time I’ve ever been told that you can’t have drinks in the pool or was charged that much for a security deposit. Guess from now on I’ll stick with the resorts that I have stayed at before and who cater to guests needs.
