The staff were extremely personable and welcoming. The property is under construction so the pool is not available. They did provide free beach chairs that were available directly in front of the hotel. That became a little confusing because they only gave you two per reservation. Which was not great for a family of four. The parking is outrageous and would have made other arrangments if i was aware that it was valet only and $52 per night. You can not charge that kind of rate and then expect people to also tip....when the car was literally park 50 yards across the street.

We came from Texas to enjoy a great time with family. When we got here there was no pool, the Bar was not what we are used too. We have have stayed in many of properties but this one was the worst. My kids didn’t use their float like they planned.

The room and location both receive five stars. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was under construction it was not accessible. That sucked. However, they did offer complimentary beach chairs for the durance of our stay, which we did take advantage of. I was not pleased with the $50 mandatory valet parking. Mainly, because several times I used the app to request my vehicle and I still had to wait for it when I went down to get it. This happened multiple times. At $50 a night, this is unacceptable. I've stayed at hotels with mandatory valet parking before and I've never had to wait for my vehicle numerous times. That was probably my biggest problem. Needless to say, next year, this hotel will be at the top of our list.

Make yourself a favor and dont stay here! I stayed 2 days and regret it! There was No parking so forced to pay valet parkin for $52 per day, pool was unavailable, then there was no water in toilet not shower! Incredible! But true

Perfect spot right in the beach. The pool was under construction so they gave us 2 chairs on the beach., Being at the end of the boardwalk its an easy quick walk to bars and food. close enough to enjoy but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. Beautiful hotel and spot. Definitely recommend

The pool was out of use and there was drilling from 9am till 7pm, which you could hear from the beach opposite where the Hotel sunbeds are. Expedia must have known this in advance, but despite getting weekly emails not one pointed this out. Won’t be using Expedia in future.

Its a sneaky sales tactic to not divulge that this hotel is under renovations and the pool was closed. We would have booked an alternate hotel knowing that the pool was closed. Also construction noise in the early morning made it impossible to sleep in.

Very friendly valet and front desk staff. Room was very clean and nice view. The pool is being renovated but because the ocean water is so nice, we didn’t miss having a pool. The only thing I do wish they had was a microwave in the room, the fridge is a nice size and there is a coffee maker with coffee. Access to the beach is right next to the hotel through a parking lot which is gravel, no issues on our part walking though it like so many have complained about.

The location of the hotel is great, and it's a very reasonably priced hotel for the area. The beach is across the street, the only thing was the pool wasn’t available and. I reconstructed the hotel. But the staff made it up, gave me a free breakfast, beach chairs and upgraded my room with an ocean view. The team here is doing a fantastic job of offering the best stay possible! The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. ​

Parking was a hassle at this location, the hotel charges $52 for overnight parking and during the day, the lowest option is around $4.75 an hour. The hotel is under construction and the AC was not working in several rooms, my family had to switch rooms multiple times during our stay due to issues with the AC or the bathrooms.
