The decline in this hotel is unbelievable. Dirty rooms. Unfriendly security staff in the pool area. Super expensive valet parking. Lack of response from the managers. Honestly doesn’t worth the money.

There were small roaches in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and in our bedroom and when moved, the AC didn't work in the second room we were given, then finally accommodated in a room that was clean and had functioning AC. We were charged twice the hold on our account and told to wait 3-5 business days. Front desk was friendly and as helpful as possible, however, upon reaching out to management, I still have yet to receive a response.

This place was very nice and clean! The staff was so helpful. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I loved the beach bar. The only down fall was there wasn’t enough chairs at the pool, and not enough servers to help around the pool. But I would absolutely stay here again!..

It was advertised as one price and after getting there all the extras became known. $ day to park! I asked the valet for change and he actually asked me for a tip for changing the money BS place scam never stay there again.

The room when I arrived the floors were completely dirty, then the pool had food floating in it. Cups and food thrown, then lots of arguing between security and some guest who were very drunk. People arguing for chairs, it was pretty scary all the fights

Beautiful property, I learned the difference between beachfront and beach view for sure. Waiting for the elevators was an adventure, we walked down quite a few times from the 18th floor. We waited for washcloths which never came even after calling 3 times (thank goodness I always pack extra). I must say the front desk response to the other issues I won't state on here was excellent.

More keys for guests(we asked for 4 keys and 3 did not work. We had to go to desk and reprogram twice) Some basic kitchen amenities Air conditioning sporadic and Water heater is not working - no hot water. Bed headboard needs to be stabilized. It was loose and kept us waking up all night. Phone is not programmed properly and can't call help desk. And we have to go to lobby to ask for any help and they almost always failed to follow thru on issues. Tide/pods were not provided at all. No room service.
