Gardens By the Sea South(GBTSS) is a gated community with beautiful gardens. Beach access is directly across the street. This condo has rental availability now through May 1, 2024 for a minimum of 1month. You have access to pool,sauna,clubhouse, gas grills and picnic areas and one dedicated parking space.

Conveniently located within 1.5 miles, are Lauderdale By The Sea Village Square, pier, restaurants, Publix grocery store, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and other fun shops. A bus and the Hopper Shuttle both have stops outside our gate on A1A.
This second story condo is fully furnished, has an East facing lanai, linens, beach towels, kitchenware, and laundry facilities on this floor only steps from the condo. The updated space has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Master bedroom (king size bed)has en-suite bathroom walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

Guest bathroom with shower is located beside the guest bedroom (two twins).

The condo offers, elevator,Wi-Fi, central AC and YouTubeTV.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the condo.
