I was disappointed as her the swimming lessons that went on at the pool, so I couldn’t use the pool when I wanted to. Also, the hot tub was not working when the swimming lessons were going on. I have stayed at this hotel, many many times, and never run into this issue before. I do love the kitchenettes staff is amazing! Just call ahead to make sure you’re going to use the pool that there is supposed to be lessons.

The hotel it's self is nice. House keeping are not pleasant to deal with, I complained as our bathroom upon check in was dirty. The housekeeper came and " cleaned it" telling me I was " whining" for no reason. I do not complain for no reason. Very unpleasant Experiance. Almost no hot water and was told by front desk staff the hotel was out of blankets when an extra was requested. I'm honestly hoping this was just an off day as the hotel it's self is very nice.
