My partner and I were unfortunately unable to stay for our booking due to an issue with my credit card company. I sat in the lobby on the phone with my bank for an hour trying to figure it out; sadly, as I was $0.18 cents short on my credit card for the $200 damages deposit and their policy does not allow debit card or cash, I was refunded the payment of our stay to my credit card and our booking was cancelled. The lobby was clean and had a nice atmosphere, however it was very disappointing that $0.18 cents for the $200 deposit was the difference between whether we could keep our room or not.

Stayed here in the winter and it was great! Enjoyed spacious rooms and toilet warmer/bidet The pool gym hot tub are great but too many kids this time Staying in the summer was not as good, the air conditioning is barely air conditioning My room was a sweat box and nothing I could do about it I couldn’t keep the drapes open because the sun would glare in and make it even hotter so it felt dark and depressing on top of it

Everything was wonderful about the property , only down side is we were not able to use the parkade as our truck was abit to tall . Other then that it was a great location and we were able to walk to my appointment from the hotel no issues

Excellent hotel with very friendly and supportive staff. Very modern (their toilets have installs with instructions 😅) and conveniently located. The only problem I experienced was parking, as on the day of my arrival their parkade was full, and they asked me to park on the overflow parking for which I was issued a ticket by local parking authority. The hotel disputed the ticket for me (and I am grateful for that 🙏), but it certainly added a pinch of salt to my experience. Other than that, highly recommended and definitely would stay their again.

Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Just the concierge was not able to answer some of our questions (he said he had just started the job) but we felt he wasn't even willing to find out for us (is there a business centre? can we just see a menu from the restaurant?) Outside the hotel, the sidewalk is very uneven and difficult to walk on but overall a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

They did not have my reservation and we ended up paying for one night or of pocket. I called Expedia and they said they would re-fax the reservation. The front desk managers were not helpful and in fact quite rude. I showed them the email from Expedia with the confirmation but they wouldn't budge. I would like a full refund of my money. On the same trip I used Expedia for my flights both coming and going and thankfully had no problems. I've used you since with no problems. I blame the hotel as they we getting double your price as there was an Oilers hockey game that night only 5 blocks away. Please help. It was very embarrassing as I was meeting my sister there and told her I'd take care of the room.

The room is very clean and we really enjoy the stay. However there is a club right across the street, so we spend almost one hour and could t find a parking. We have to walk to another 2 blocks away to find a pay parking.

I especially like their emphasis on security. But I could not use the wifi because I could not find the id even though the code was provided. Aside that every other amenity was superb. I loved the view of downtown Edmonton from my window.
