Hooks in the bathroom don’t hold up the towels very well, continually slipped off the hooks and fell on the floor. Would love to see the bathtubs back, was really hoping for that. Great staff at the front desk and the bar guys were excellent hosts!!

The front desk manager was the best I have ever dealt with. Very nice LARGE room, most wonderful view of the river valley! Parking is an issue, needs to be some clear cut options for this and or train your staff to give a clear answer as to where and how much to park.

Our room had no hot water and the staff acted annoyed they had to help with this. The hotel itself is nice and we’ve stayed there many times. This was our first negative experience so that was disappointing. The area all over downtown has become dangerous. So can’t fault the hotel for that.
