When we arrived someone was going through vehicles in the parking lot. Our daughter mentioned this was where she stayed with grandma and her car was broken into. The staff had zero interest in this. My husband went out. Our room Was very loud with machine noise of some sort. Although you can turn the fan on and off. You cannot control the temperature. Our room was 24 degrees. The front desk lady had a fan in her. We had stained and dirty sheets. Consisting of gum, blood and other unidentified things. We stayed one night because it was so late. The next morning we expressed our concerns stating we did not want to stay another night. We didn’t want a refund for the much we stayed. We just did not want to stay again. We were told too bad basically. We showed the dirty sheets. Another guest in the lobby mentioned that her sheets also had a big red stain on them. Again we were told, “ I believe you but there’s nothing I can do”. This was at 10:00 am. They would not contact a manager or supervisor. They just said it’s paid for so there’s nothing they can do. So we double payed for another hotel because it was that bad and gross. Upon leaving my sister was jumped in the front by two women and had to call the police. Just don’t take your kids here. There was blood all over the front entry. This place is dangerous and the staff do not care. Zero interest.

Upon arrival I was met by a heatwave in the lobby. I felt sorry for the staff working there. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though all the upper level rooms were quite warm and we warned before check in. Other than the extreme heat I would return again.

The location was good, parking was good The lobby was extremely warm when we arrived and our room would not get cooler than 24 degrees. I realize that this is a heat wave but I expect my room to be cool, that is part of what I am paying for.

We had to cancel and ask for a refund. The aircondioning. In the hotel was not working. With my health issues I could not stay there. Anna at the front desk was very apologetic and helped me with the refund. Both front desk employees looked like they were having a hard time with the heat. Took is time to find another affordable hotel. Wished we could’ve stayed there. Just waiting on the refund now

27deg in our room345…not happy at all Lobby is full of customers complaining about the AC…interior and exterior worn out Drawer beside the refrigerator won’t stay close…so annoying and not safe…one night stand available only…can’t even use the jacuzzi as the room itself feels like you are in desert. Front desk could not do anything about it…not their fault.
