This property is in an ideal location. Unfortunately not a great experience though. It was busy so I can overlook the lack of extra pillows available. There was dog poop in the hallway….not so easy to overlook. The breakfast probably would have been fine but the room was EXTREMELY hot…could not tolerate the heat. Went offsite to eat both days. Most counter staff were good. One was really rude about our request for an extra pillow on Friday night.

We stayed at your property for 2 nights with 2 rooms,for 5 guests, and the frontdesk gave me 10 breakfast vouchers for 2 nights, the first day for the breakfast i gave the lady 3 vouchers and the dinning area was full, i dont have place to eat so i decided to grab kids breakfast first, got pancakes for and went back as they are sleeping, the staff told me that i could only come once, we are 5 people, I cant wake the kids up and grab their food as they were tired. The second time is, i take my food thats the time she told me i could come only once and I said i have kids sleeping so i grab their food as it done by 10AM its past 9:30 when we went there. She mubles and says words i dont understand people are straring at me. This experience felt me so embarrased teling a guest like that, that theres people around looking and watching you. Im pissed and the next day we never used our voucher . We went out and had breakfast outside, its not worth taking free breakfast and telling you that you are alowed to come once, they should understand that theres guest that have small kids. Each voucher is entitled for 1 guest as i understood. If they would say i cant take a food for kids on their behalf they should inform us early.

Great location but found rooms too narrow,and getting around a tight fit. Took quite awhile for hot water to come along. Tv set up poor to start and ok when setup.Tv small.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of any part of the hotel. We walked into our room to find cigarette burns all over the blanket. Tried the pool but it felt like the ice had just come off that morning. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
