I had a good stay. I wish the A/C could work better. The place needs a reno. Front desk guy at the evening on Saturday night was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very poor. There was several flies in the small breakfast area. The breakfast watch person was trying hard to keep it clean, good job.

There was some disturbance going on with other hotel guests which were concerning. Our room smelled like cat urine and the air conditioning did not work. The breakfast area was messy and un inviting

I checked in today with my family, once we entered the room started coughing till we left the room. Unfortunately we can’t stay there and canceled our reservation. Will never come back to this place again. Thanks for Expedia for quick response and refund for the reservation.

The room key was not working properly...door hard to open. Bathroom look old..saw a bug crawling out. Fridge was not cold...no shower stall in pool area but expected guest to shower prior go into pool.....lots of screaming boys with bad behaviors at the pool...my son almost got hurt. I like there is a seperate pool for waterslide.

Air conditioner did not work. It kept freezing up. One pillow had a black mark on it (maybe stains). Overall room was very old and run down (rust and waters stains in bathroom, old and chipped furniture and walls). Room door had been previously damaged so the safety latch was loose.

This property is disgusting. The outside is extremely gross and filled with super sketchy people. People doing drugs outside of the front of the hotel. The inside is run down. Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 36 degrees outside during our stay which made our room boiling. You couldn’t offer me a free room to ever stay in this hotel again. Very dissapointed.
