Nous avions une chambre orientée Nord (et cependant très lumineuse) au 18ème étage avec une vue dégagée sur Manhattan. La vraie richesse de cet hôtel réside cependant dans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel. Les doormen, réceptionnistes et plus encore le personnel house-keeping ont été parfaits, multipliants les attentions. Il est aussi pile en face d’un arrêt de bus, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. On a eu une enveloppe avec 1 coupon pour la famille chaque jour jusqu’à 100$ au-delà il faut payer le supplément. Au fur et à mesure que vous passez la commande, le prix s’affiche sur la caisse du chef. C’était bien bon !"
