I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during a short work and play trip. I had never been to NYC and didn’t know what to search for, but I made a good choice on staying there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant offered great food and drinks. This was a nice surprise as we had a couple times we needed something fast and without fuss. Breakfast was pretty standard but enjoyable. They have coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7. The hotel was is on the corner of a main road, but the noise wasn’t bad, and it made getting an Uber really easily. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel does not offer daily cleaning unless asked for ahead of time. We just skipped it. Highly recommend staying here!

The front desk staff was amazing breakfast was included which was very nice. Only thing that bothered me was the maid who cleaned our room did not wipe the surfaces. The dust on our bedside lamp was stll there and the desk had not been wiped either.

I like how u need ur card to get the elevator to move and I like how dining area and the first desk when I come in was very helpful and respectful ..I didn’t like how I was signing out how the worker was as nice as the other worker I dealt with.. but I will come again..
