I had a hard time finding a hotel I could get three full size beds in one room. Hotel @5th had a family suite at a reasonable rate and the room was nice. The hotel is historical (first hotel in NYC to allow women in 1917 to stay on their own). It is beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and professional. Oh, and visit their rooftop bar with their signature Negroni cocktail and a view of the Empire State Building.

This hotel is very conveniently located from just about everything, I loved that it was right in the middle of Koreatown and just one block from the Empire State Building. We stayed in the terrace room, which had an amazing view of the Empire State Building! The staff were all very kind and helpful and for the most part, the hotel was clean. However, it took about 10 minutes for the water in the shower and bathroom sink to heat up, the elevators were extremely slow, and if you needed a mini-fridge and microwave, it cost an additional $25. Other than those small things, it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

The night we stayed only one elevator was operating very slowly, there wasn’t an employee only elevator so we’d be waiting for the elevator to go down to lower and come back up and hope there was room, we got put on the 14th floor next to the rooftop bar which was supposed to close at 12am but stayed loud until 2am. People waiting for the single elevator outside our room we’re waiting and screaming for about 15-20 minutes. Staff was pleasant and nice but waiting for the elevators and the room location took up a majority of the stay and our sleep
