"Stayed for an overnight shopping trip. The hotel is one of the most pristine we have stayed at. Everything is so pleasant from the time you walk in the front door. The staff is amazing. The rooms are so comfortable and provide everything you need. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar area. Always a favourite when in the Niagara area. "

"The man on concierge was so helpful when I was having difficulty booking inward travel. Room was a bit of a strange layout and couldn’t taje my heavy suitcase down to the bedroom part of my room, but otherwise lived my room and hadca great view of the falls."

"Room clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. Bathroom tiny. Site mentioned queen beds but they were doubles. Also parking was a whopping $50 a night. Absolutely ridiculous when we say $15 parking lot across the street later that day. "
