"I don’t believe there was assigned parking, but I don’t think there’s enough spots for all rooms. We were on the ground floor and had parked in front of our door. Someone had parked there while we were gone and we had to wait and see if anyone was leaving to be able to park so close enough to our room. That was my only issue. Overall check in was quick. Room was clean. It was a last minute decision to use that motel while visiting the falls, super convenient that there was a Tim Hortons...
