"2 complaints 1 - when we opened the patio door to watch the fireworks, a lot of small flies entered our room. When we asked the front desk for Raid or even a flyswatter - they had neither nor offered any other solution. I ended up spraying them with OFF and that seemed to kill most of them. "Very happy with the pool, and the room sizes very big. The amount you can do around very steps from the hotel door is amazing ! Plus tims right beside the hotel for coffee lovers. Only down fall!
