This hotel is centrally located and the staff quite friendly. The accomodations were decent, beds comfortable, continental breakfast included and clean pool facilities (excluding the sauna which could use a good scrub down). The only complaint was I could smell bugspray in the hallways. I was happy ...
Very nice hotel. Super clean, nice lobby and we were upgraded to bigger room at no extra cost. I plan to stay again next time I'm in Niagara.
We spend there only few nights, and it was more then enough. I wouldn't recommend longer stays. Room was spacious and clean, but gloomy. Waterpark was very nice, especially for toddlers. Unfortunately there is no pool for adults. And one huge minus for a lady on the entrance to the waterpark, wich ...
Like the stay. Parking would've been nice if it was included with the rental of the room overall everything was great.
We had a great experience last weekend. Hilton was the ideal location for our getaway.. we had tickets to see the show 'Pippin'. We were there without going outside. The tunnel bridge is a bonus that connects Hilton to the Casino and the Theatre. The room was clean and comfortable.. the Bar with ...
The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to Clifton hills,Niagra,Casinos,etc..The staff was extremely helpful and rooms were very clean. The rooms are a little noisy because of the indoor courtyards, but they close at 10:00pm and it was to be expected.
It was a good place to stay in Niagara city. The good thing about it was, just short walk to Niagara Fall and specially Casino (Victoria Blv). We enjoyed staying there.
Stayed for 1 night only, served its purpose. TV options limited, couldn't get hockey game. Not a lot of outlets, not all plugs in or near worked, had to unplug lamp to charge my phone.
It was a nice stay close go the falls. Pafking charge was $20 where as cross the street holiday inn was offering free parking for the guest inhouse and other parking lots @5. Room was clean staff was very helpful. Will stay again if I am at niagara.
