"staff from the front desk not friend and we have to wait for 10min before serving us some of them are in the back. will the one on front is on the phone talking to other customer. they should more out going and friendly to welcoming customer. so they will come back again."

"The issue here wasn’t just the room, it was how the hotel handled it. Their engineering team came up to inspect a problem with my room and couldn’t resolve it, so I requested a refund and left within an hour without staying the night. When my booking platform contacted the hotel about the refund, they claimed I never complained and that there was no issue at all. That simply isn’t true. Their own staff were in my room responding to the exact problem they later denied existed. Mistakes happen, but denying a documented complaint to avoid a refund is a real concern. I wouldn’t feel comfortable booking here again and wanted other travelers to know."

"I saw a bug( I don’t know it’s a bed bug or some other bug) in bed and reported to reception (around 10 am) to change the bed sheets while going out. They dint change till 6 pm and I have to instruct them to clean the room when we are going out in the evening. There is no kettle or microwave in the room. View was good and property was well maintained."
