"-the view was very nice, but you pay for the view. Other hotels even closer with better views are even more expensive. -the doors slam shut, otherwise the room was quiet -the chair in the room was terribly stained. I didn't want to sit on it -otherwise the room was clean, the bed was comfy -the lobby is beautiful -the small 200ml milk at Starbucks was ` 4$-there is nothing close to buy little groceries like milk or fruit, the little hotel gift shop had snacks and stuffies -the restaurant Milestones was very good, nice view, nice soft background music, very good food -the extra person charge for 4 people in the room, gets you nothing extra, without us repeatedly asking for 4 towels, cups, coffees -the front staff at check in were very helpful"

"Our room was clean and well maintained. Bell captain stall were very friendly and helpful. Check in process and the lack of front desk staff resulting in a long wait time. Daily house keeping not available. Online/in room bill folio review and check out not available. Site no longer has onsite restaurant and no room service or bar available."

"Staff was amazing no matter what we needed no matter what time I asked for it they delivered. Nice to come into a hotel with nice smiling faces and polite people who are willing to help hotel was a 38 minute walk from the Falls but across the street was the way go bus, which was very helpful for $16 a pass per person. You could use it for 24 hours."

"I continue to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, proximity to great amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service I consistently receive. During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Thank you management team for making me feel like a valued guest. Your outstanding customer service has reinforced my decision to stay here, and I will absolutely be booking my next visit at this hotel. A special thank you as well to Nicole! Your management staff truly put the EXTRA in extraordinary! Your dedication and genuine care make all the difference."
