"We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, and we had an amazing view of the falls, which made our trip even more special. The only issue we experienced was with the bathroom faucet—it repeatedly malfunctioned and would not turn off. When it happened around 11:30 p.m., there was no maintenance staff available to send. Thankfully, my husband was able to take it apart and get the water turned off temporarily. I called the front desk afterward to let them know and mentioned that we would be checking out the next day, so they could make a note to have it repaired before the next guests arrived. Unfortunately, despite that conversation, we were awakened at 7:00 a.m. by someone arriving to fix it. Aside from that inconvenience, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful accommodations and location."
