Our property situated in the heart of Niagara Region only 5 minutes from downtown Welland, with amazing nature, walking and bike trails, kayaking, rowing and fishing options only a few steps from our front door. World famous Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Crystal Beach, Nickle Beach, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Vineland and US border all less than 30 minutes from your front door by car. There are also several incredible local award winning “hidden gem” wineries all less than 30 minutes drive and of course old downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and wineries and Canadian Whisky Distilleries all less 38 minutes or less by car. I had to call the owner and he acted on it asap. If you want a quiet evening, it maybe the wrong place. Also, we killed about 20 spiders. so with the thought of sleeping with spiders and the inconsiderate neighbor it was a disappointment. Studio apartment is in a quiet area, very comfortable, owners were excellent to work with. Neighbours were very friendly. Trails right by the home for guests.
